Wicking Fibers

Wicking fibers are made to improve the flow of moisture in a fabric by capillary wicking.  4DG™ wicking fibers are the newest, most exciting development in moisture transport fiber technology.  4DG™ fibers are ideal wicking fibers because they have multiple capillary grooves in the surface of each wicking fiber.  Wicking fibers allow quicker evaporation for comfort in activewear, or they can add increased absorbency to a wipe, or better acquisition and distribution in a diaper.    Fiber Innovation Technology specializes in making 4DG™ wicking fibers in staple and filament forms, as well as other specialty fibers and filaments.    Using our production versatility, we can make fibers that are customized for your specific needs.
