Cut lengths from
1/4 inch (6mm) to 6 inches (152mm), and crimp levels from uncrimped to
20 crimps per inch. Fiber deniers from 1.5 to 32 denier per
filament (1.7 to 35 dtex). Colored fibers are also available,
including black. |

Flat
fully drawn yarns or P.O.Y. from 150 to 600 denier (165 to 660 dtex),
with filament counts from 18 to 288. |

Bicomponent Fibers |
Bicomponent fibers
are "co-extruded" with two different polymers in the cross
section. This allows the fiber to use the properties of both
materials, and vastly expands the array of possible fiber performance
characteristics. Bicomponent fibers are available in both staple
and filament forms. Click on one of the bicomponent cross sections
below to learn more about how these fibers can function. |

Specialty Cross Sections |
A modified
cross
section can provide added functionality, such as unique luster or
moisture transport. These cross sections are available in both
staple and filament forms, and in most cases, are also available as
bicomponent fibers. |

Huge Selection of Materials |
While most fiber
producers offer only one or two polymers, we offer fibers made from
nearly any thermoplastic material or materials that will provide the
performance you desire. Click to view a partial list
of polymers from which to choose.
We also have the ability to include a wide
variety of additives such as colorants, flame retardants, antistatic
compounds, etc.
And finally, fiber finishes can be
engineered for specific fiber properties, such as hydrophilicity, low
friction, etc.
Most of these material variations are
available in any fiber cross section, bicomponent or single polymer, and
in staple or filament form. |

Our on-site pilot
facilities are able to produce fibers incorporating the any of the cross
sections and materials available from our production processes, and then
some! We can produce sample quantities of both filament yarns and
staple fiber. Just let us know what you
need, and we'll get started developing it. |
